4.3 You agree to indemnify ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED against any claims, costs, expenses, or legal proceedings caused as a result of your use of the Website or the services on the Website or any breach by you of these Terms.

5.4 Whilst ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED has used all reasonable efforts in maintaining this Website virus free, it declines any liability for personal or property damage, especially direct, indirect, immediate, or subsequent pecuniary loss, which may result from transmission or downloading of computer viruses. Especially excluded is liability for hardware damage, loss of data, alteration of data, or downtime.

6.2 ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED may send you notice by general notice on this Website, by email to your email address on record with ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED, or by post to the geographical address on record with ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED. Such notice will be effective if sent by email or posted on the Website, one day from the date it was sent or posted on the Website. If sent by regular post, it will be effective three days after posting by ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED.

7. General

7.1 ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED reserves the right to add to or change the terms of these Terms in its sole discretion without your prior consent. All changes to the Terms will be effective once posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or any of ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED services available on the Website following ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED posting of such changes will be regarded by ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED as acceptance of the amended Terms. ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED does not assume any liability for timely, trouble-free, and uninterrupted access to the internet.

7.5 These Terms do not affect any consumer rights that you may have under the provisions of any applicable law or regulation.

7.6 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED makes no representation that any information, materials, or functions included are appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction. If you access the Website, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

Credit or Debit Card Payment Information


None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.

  1. Our secure server software encrypts all your personal informationincluding credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet
  2. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
  3. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED covers your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED while using the secure server.

A Few Important Notes:

  • This guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED secure server.
  • This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00.
  • In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Payment Options

We accept Mastercard/JCB/Maestro/Solo/Visa Debit/Visa Credit/Visa Electron.

To give you an additional layer of security, all credit or debit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type, fax, or phone it in, your complete card number is transferred to this secure machine across Secure trading proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem and the number is not stored anywhere else.

We do not currently sell or rent our list of customers to anyone. If you would like to make sure, we never sell or rent information about you to third parties, just send an e-mail to admin@advance-catering.co.uk.

2.6 In those circumstances, ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED will not contact you again in relation to the information described above in this paragraph 2.4. However, ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED will still use your details to send you information and communications in relation to the services or products for which you have registered.

If you do not wish us to do so, you should follow the procedure set out in paragraph 2.5 above and we will not provide your information to third parties for such purposes.

3.2 We follow security procedures as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1998, in the storage and disclosure of personal information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access to such information. We will only deal with partners who comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 as amended from time to time) and any other applicable data protection legislation or regulations, or with whom we are satisfied have appropriate measures to protect data. However, ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED shall have no liability to you in respect of any breach of security by a third party.

4. Your Consent

4.1 You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) in the course of using this Website or registering with it and any services offered via this Website, certain information about you will be captured electronically or otherwise and transmitted to ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED or and, potentially, to any third parties as set out above or to third parties who host our web servers or assist us in maintaining this Website; and

4.2 You consent to the use, storage, or processing of your personal information by ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED(or any third party ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED uses for carrying out credit checks) for the purposes of carrying out any credit checks in the event that you enter into any financial transaction with ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED.

5. Data Protection Indemnity

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of you advertising goods or services on our Website, certain personal data about your employees, agents or subcontractors or certain personal data of third parties appearing in the advertising you requested to appear on our Website may be captured electronically or otherwise by us. If this is the case, you shall ensure that you have obtained the express consent of any employees, agents, subcontractors or any applicable third parties to the transfer of their personal data to us to use, store and process such personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including where such personal data forms part of the advertising and is posted to the Website for accessed by users inside and outside of the European Economic Area. 6. Our Responsibilities - How do we protect user information?

6.1 When you enter into on-line credit card payment transactions, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts the information that you input before it is transmitted to us. To prevent unauthorised access, we follow legally required security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given to us.

6.2 Areas of the Website where transactions are entered into, reviewed or transmitted are password protected. You can help to preserve your privacy by never sharing your password with anyone else.

6.3 We seek to limit our employees' access to your information about you to those employees who need to have such information to service your account. We emphasise to our employees the confidential nature of user information and the high level of importance that ADVANCE INNOVATION LIMITED places on maintaining this confidentiality.

9. Refunds and Returns Policy

Cancellation of Orders


If a customer wishes to cancel an order this must be done within 7 days of the delivery of the goods. A refund will then be made within 30 days of canceling the order. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any delivery charges incurred returning the goods.

If a customer has not returned the item within 14 days after canceling the order. Advancecatering.co.uk will then act to retrieve the goods. Any costs involved in this process will be past onto the customer.

If the items are accepted, opened and used the Distance Selling Regulations will apply. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, all manufacturer packaging should also be returned.

Items no longer required (Not applicable for Faulty Goods)

If you wish to return your order after the above 7 day cancellation period the following procedure must be followed.

The Customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Goods must be returned “as new” or in the same condition that they were received in. There should be no damage, all parts, items should be returned, all packaging must be included and the manufacturer packaging must not be defaced in manner.

The Customer cannot return items that are not under the cover of a Returns Authorisation (RA). The RA request must be made by e-mail to sales@advancecatering.co.uk stating the reason for the return.  Only once the RA has been authorised by a return e-mail do Advancecatering.co.uk accept that the item(s) may be returned. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging only and not on the manufacturer packaging. Any item returned not under the cover of an RA number will be rejected. Advancecatering.co.uk do not pay for the cost of returning the items back to our site. If the order is cancelled outside of the 7 day cancellation period carriage charges applied to the initial order will not be refunded.

Only complete products will be accepted. Therefore ensure that all additional enclosures, such as manuals, are returned. Adequate packaging must be used to return the goods without damage.

Adequate packaging constitutes that the item is wrapped securely and then placed inside a box in order for the item to return to us with no internal or external damage. Items that are not securely wrapped and received will not be subject to a refund.

Advancecatering.co.uk reserves the right to reject and item(s) that do not meet the criteria laid out above.

A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original invoice value will be levied on item(s) returned after 7 days of the goods being delivered.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded method of delivery.

Faulty Goods

Our policy on faulty goods is to obtain them (small items may be sent back recorded delivery, large items will be collected by the courier) and test them for the reported faults. If the reported faults are apparent, the product cost and delivery costs will be refunded.

Returns which prove to be non-defective will be handled as outlined in the section 'Items no longer required'.

Refunds

If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following,

  • All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order.
  • When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.
  • A refund will usually reach your card account within 4 working days after being processed but please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. Idealmoments.co.uk do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.
